We are thrilled to bring you this Wedding Wednesday post from one of our favorite recent weddings. We created a custom wedding monogram using the couple’s first initials but there were so many pretty details we were able to do here, we really loved it at the end. The couple married at the bride’s family home in Greenville, SC, so the save the date featured a letterpress image of the lawn where the ceremony would happen. Then, the invitations featured a lace belly band based on the bride’s gown lace and custom wax seal. Guests were also invited to a Welcome Party that featured wood grained paper imprinted with gold foil, and pink wax seals with the monogram… Thank you to Corbin Gurkin for all of the images.
These guest welcome bags were just to die for… Brimmed caps embroidered with the wedding monogram made awesome take home favors. Printed frosted cups with the logo were perfect for a champagne cheers before the big day, and lots of custom packaged snacks were also included. An illustration of the couple was printed and used to wrap a box of goodies as well, which was a fun touch.
We went for elevated traditional when it came to the ceremony programs. Letterpress booklets were sweetly wrapped with satin ribbons and finished off with the custom monogram.
Simple hand calligraphed escort cards were strung onto a greenery garland that adorned a doorways guests had to pass through for dinner.
We did pretty gold foiled flat printed menus so that Tara Guerard could wrap them around the napkins for a place setting focal point. Simple hand calligraphed name tags were tied on for place cards.
Of course, we had to include our wedding printing details like tray liners in a large scale version of the monogram logo!
Other places you could see sweet printed details were on the custom embroidered pillows in the after dinner lounge, and on lighters that were handed out at the end for the sparkler send off.
